As the number of COVID-19 cases continues to rise around Australia, we want to reassure our patients and visitors that we have a comprehensive, robust pandemic management plan in place to manage any potential COVID-19 cases in our facility.
Our extensive procedures and protocols are designed to keep our patients, visitors and health care workers safe. These measures include mandatory use of PPE such as masks, COVID-19 screening, contact tracing, increased cleaning and a 100% staff vaccination rate.
All our actions are aligned with public health unit guidelines and are implemented in consultation with our national clinical governance unit. Given the evolving situation, it is very important for all patients, visitors and health care workers to be vigilant to observe for symptoms.
We thank you for your ongoing support as we navigate through this time together.
Dudley Clinic is now known as Ramsay Clinic Orange
Our mental health clinic, Dudley Clinic, is now known as Ramsay Clinic Orange following the rebranding of Ramsay Mental Health clinics across Australia. Our new naming structure will allow patients to identify their local Ramsay Clinic and access those high quality mental health services. We will be able to foster better connectivity between regional and metropolitan mental health services, enhance the accessibility of information for patients and their families, and to showcase the size and scale of our mental health services.
